Refund policy

 We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

 

However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:

Sale Item: Any Item Purchased on SALE shall not be eligible for any exchange.

 

1. Size & Style Exchanges: We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial, and we are happy to accommodate size exchanges. If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability. In case, you do not want to but something right away you can avail store credit valid for 3 months. (Must be redeemed within the time frame specific)

2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and packed securely. Any damage to the piece in transit will result in cancellation of the exchange.

3. Exchange Shipping: You can ship the order back to our warehouse and the size exchange will be shipped back to you accordingly.

5. Limited Timeframe: To ensure a smooth exchange process, please make sure to inform us within 48 hours of delivery if you need to exchange the size. Requests made after this time frame may not be accommodated.

 6. Delivery Timeline: We deliver within the domestic region in 0-7 working days. This means that customers can expect to receive their orders within that time frame after placing them.

7. Custom Sizes: Any item which has been customised as per specific measurements or style isn't eligible for any exchanges or returns only alterations if needed.


 All items on sale are ineligible for any exchanges. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product during seasonal promotions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We make every effort to promptly dispatch our pieces.
Ordered product will be Ready to Ship in 5-7 working days. Consequently, you can expect your ordered items/ products to arrive within 15-20 working days from the date of order placement.
You may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
    We offer no refunds or exchanges on International orders.
